All methods for contacting our technical support team

TeleClear currently has three separate methods for getting in touch with a real support technician.

TeleClear Technical Support Operating Hours are from 8 am to 5 pm CST with after hours support for phone system emergencies.

1. To reach our Technical Support team directly during operating hours, dial 469-687-9445. You can also dial 4-3-5-7 on your TeleClear phones to connect directly to our support call queue. Outside of operating hours, you can leave a voicemail for urgent issues, and a support representative will promptly return your call.

2. Emailing support@myteleclear.com at any time.

3. Logging onto support.myteleclear.com and utilizing the Live Chat feature that connects you directly to a live support agent. You may also manage existing tickets, view ticket/live-chat history, as well as submit new tickets through this portal.
